I’ve been sober curious for over a year, made new mates, had loads of laughs, and now I’m leading a group in Yorkshire.

I’m a married mum of three amazing young adults and have lived a pretty colourful life, from working overseas as a holiday rep to supporting others in mental health.

I’m now 20 months alcohol free and passionate about helping others explore what an alcohol free journey could look like for them, in a supportive and non judgmental way.

I’m excited to grow local connections, host events in my area, and bring more people into the community.
