Join us for a relaxed Hangover Free Hike around Avenham and Miller Parks, including a visit to the new tram bridge. Afterwards, anyone who'd like to stay on is welcome to join us at The Conti for coffee or lunch as we give one of our OG members a warm send-off before their big move to Australia.

A great chance to get outdoors, connect with the community, and enjoy some good company.

• Time around 2 hours
• Terrain mainly flat but with a couple of hillier sections on the park

• Start & end point: New Continental, South Meadow Lane, Preston, UK
• Easily reached by car
• Bus & Train routes run to Preston

What to bring:

• Comfortable walking shoes or trainers
• Weather appropriate layers
• Water and anything you like for on / after the walk
