Hangover Free Hike: Nicky Nook & Grize Dale
Hangover Free Hike: Nicky Nook & Grize Dale
Join us for a hangover free hike around Nicky Nook and Grize Dale, a classic Forest of Bowland route that packs in big views, woodland paths and a lovely waterside stretch.
This is a scenic circular walk starting from Scorton, taking us up onto Nicky Nook for wide open views across Lancashire (and beyond on a clear day), before dropping down into the sheltered, wooded valley of Grize Dale. Expect a mix of stone paths, tracks, quiet lanes and forest trails, with one proper uphill and a steeper descent that keeps things interesting.
We’ll walk at a relaxed, social pace with plenty of time to chat, take in the views and enjoy being outside. Perfect if you’re sober curious, cutting back, alcohol free, or just fancy starting your April in a way that feels good.
